In this article I want to show you exactly how to figure out the amount of traffic your market has before you commit to building a business within that niche. If you want to make a lot of money online and get a lot of visitors to your site you are going to have to make sure you are focused on niche markets that have a lot of traffic in them.

Step #1 - You have to make sure you don't use the keyword tools.

The reason that you don't want to use the tools is because they only provide you with estimates and not the actual numbers.

That is helpful but it is not enough information to go on if you want to actually make sure your site has enough traffic in it. They are usually externally based and can only provide you estimated search volume.

Step #2 - You have to make sure you test your market with AdWords.

The first thing you need to do is go out and setup an AdWords account and figure out how much traffic you can get to your site.

There is a good chance your market is going to work, the reason is that if you can get them for a great price and you can get a lot of them. You want to be able to get at least a few hundred visitors a day to your site and you want to make sure you can get those visitors for a great price.

Step #3 - You want to make sure the niche you are testing has buyers in it.

That is why you should promote an affiliate product to the traffic that you are testing. The final thing you want to do is test your market to see if you can get people to buy stuff!

If you can - then there is a good chance you have a market that will work. You want to see if you can make any sales!
